This is Rory Donovan and Andrew Sedgewick's implementation of the weighted ensemble sampling technique, as applied to systems biology networks. We hope to use this approach to better find and characterize important rare events in biological models. Our code is based on work by Bin Zhang, under the supervision of Dan Zuckerman. Both Dan Zuckerman and Jim Faeder are supervising our work on this project.
